Business Continuity
Business Continuity (B.C.) is an application within the CAM platform that allows users in CAM to download or check out documents that were replicated from the client cloud or on premises system, into the CAM S3 bucket.
Note: Business Continuity requires a special tier of CAM. This tier is C2.
Setting up Business Continuity
The users that use Business Continuity will have a limited set of permissions available. Visit the Permissions page.
Login to CAM with Business Continuity User
Once the user is registered with an email address and phone number, they can login to the business continuity site.
- Register the user.
- Browse to the business continuity site, by going to the CAM url, but adding /bc/ to the url.
E.g. https://tenantname.cloudsite.io/bc/
- Enter your email address of the user that will login to B.C.
- You will get an email or text message to the email or phone for the user. Note both options are configurable.
- Enter the token in the box.
Downloading Documents from Business Continuity
From the Business Continuity website, open the Documents tab.
Search for a document.
The download Document icon shows up where you can download the document.
