Control Center helps users manage control creation and control actions for matters or other objects.
Control Center requires several permissions to enable and use features of Control Center. They depend on the license plan of the tenant.
For C1-C4, the one permission allows the display of third party policies in Control Center. Only the read-only policies are displayed. Users are not allowed to edit or add new policies.
For C5 - The license is used for Retention, Security and Legal Hold, so there are 6 permissions to grant full control over the retentions and controls.
Review the permissions here.
