If you would like to include all versions of the documents included in the export job, open the Organize tab and check All Versions. By default, the Export Wizard will export only the latest version of documents.
To override this global setting for a specific workspace or folder in the export list, open the drop-down menu in the Version column and select All Versions or Latest Version. All documents contained within the workspace or folder, including its subfolders, will inherit the setting.
When overriding the version setting at the document level, in addition to All Versions and Latest Version, you also have the option to include specific versions of the document in the export job.
To export specific versions of a document:
Warning: Changing the global version setting from All Versions to Only Latest Version or vice-versa will override all individual version settings.
Any item in the export list can be excluded from the actual export by unchecking the check box in the Export column. If the unchecked item has any children items, those items will also be excluded from the export.
To quickly check or uncheck all items in the export list, open the Organize tab and click either Select All or Select None, respectively.
To permanently remove an item from the export job, select it in the export list and click Remove on the Add & Delete tab.
All items in the export list can be renamed and moved into new or existing folders.
After at least one item has been added to the export list, it is possible to either start or save the export job.
