About Policy Center

Policy Center allows administrators to control access to matters and clients through the use of ethical walls, which are created through a combination of predefined and custom policies.

The Policy Center enables the administrator to:

• Create a new policy.
• Edit an existing policy.
• Approve draft policies.
• Run reports to see what policies are in place by user or client/matter.
• View the Audit Log to see what changes have been made.
• View and monitor outstanding acknowledgments by user or client/matter.

To access the Policy Center management interface navigate to the Policy Center server via a browser. User accounts that have administrative rights are automatically logged in to Policy Center.
