About Consolidator

Consolidator is a standalone desktop application for quickly moving workspaces, folders, and documents between WorkSite libraries for the purpose of consolidation or archiving. While Milan provides other options for moving data between databases, the limitations of the WorkSite API make them less than ideal for performing bulk operations that can affect millions of documents. Consolidator is able to bypass these limitations by directly speaking to the SQL servers that host your WorkSite databases, thereby making large moves and consolidation projects feasible.

Requirements

The target database of same or lower to higher WorkSite database versions (i.e., 8.5 to 8.5, 8.5 to 9.0 or 9.0 to 9.0). It does not support migration from higher to lower WorkSite database versions like from 9.0 to 8.5
