Policy Reports

Reports for policies and self-service can be generated from the Reports tab (...milan/policycenter/PolicyReport.aspx) in Policy Center.

Report Types

Report	Contents
Full Report	All activity in the system.
User/Group	Activity for a selected user or group.
Client/Matter	Activity for a selected client or matter.
Self-Service	All activity related to a specific self-service type.

Generating Reports

• To create a report of all activity, click Generate Full Report.
• To create a user/group or client/matter report:
  1. Select a value from the drop-down menu under Generate Report by...
  2. To include activity related to all ethical walls, select All Report; otherwise, select a specific wall type.
  3. Click Generate Report.
• Reports can be exported in CSV, Excel, and PDF format from the results page.
