The Add To Recycle Bin (Advanced) command allows you to add multiple versions of a document to the recycle bin. You can also restore the previous version of the document by moving the latest version to the recycle bin.
To add multiple versions of a document to the recycle bin:
By default, the Add to Recycle Bin (Advanced
) command does not allow users to permanently delete documents from WorkSite. However, it is possible to enable this ability through a registry entry.
To enable the Permanent Delete option:
This registry setting enables an option called Permanently Delete This Version in the Milan Recycle Bin dialog. Clicking the option deletes the document permanently and the events logged in Milan's audit log.
Note: The Permanently Delete This Version option is only available when you select the latest version of a document.
