About Email Queue Management
Email Queue Management (EQM) provides an intuitive visual interface for managing and monitoring the WorkSite Communication Server for Exchange (WCSE) service, which performs the back-end operations required by DeskSite/FileSite email management. EQM provides a number of advanced features not available through WCSE, which include the ability to:
- Monitor the health of the WorkSite EFS (Email Filing Service) queue
- Determine the status of email filing requests
- Perform bulk email filing
- Troubleshoot email filing issues, including failures and delays
- Prioritize email for filing
- View and manage linked folders
- Delete orphan linked folders
- Resubmit failed jobs for reprocessing
- Generate reports with email filing and linked folder statistics
