Matter teams, which can be created directly via Security Center or indirectly via policies, can be viewed and managed via the Matter Team dialog.

Additionally, if you have the Manage Team right for the selected workspace, you can also make changes to the team and confidentiality.
Information and settings related to the selected workspace's matter team are divided across the following tabs:
By default, the Team/Group tab lists the following information for all current members of the matter team and, if the matter's confidentiality level is set to Confidential - Group, the WorkSite groups that have been granted access to the matter.
Column | Description |

Name | A link to the person's profile summary. |
Rights | Indicates whether the person can create folders (Manage Folder) or add or remove people to and from the team (Manage Team). |
Role | Currently not used. |
Expiration | The date on which the person will be automatically removed from the team. |
Hours | The total number of hours the person has billed for the matter. |
Last Billing Date | The date on which the person last billed hours for the mater. |
Tip: To display expired users, click Show All Users at the top right corner of the dialog.

The dialogs opened by Add Member and Edit, while named differently, are essentially the same and have the following fields.

The Exclusion Wall tab lists the following information for all people who are currently being denied access to the matter.
Column | Description |

User ID | The person's WorkSite user ID. |
Full Name | The person's full name. |
Reason | The reason why the user was excluded from the matter. If the exclusion originates from a policy, the comment is automatically generated by the Policy Eventing service. |
Expiration | The date on which the exclusion expires. |
Tip: To display users whose exclusion from the matter has expired, click Show All Users at the top right corner of the dialog.
The Confidentiality tab displays the matter's confidentiality level and related options. If you are a member of the team and have the Matter Team right, you are free to change the settings on this tab.

The settings available on the right-hand side of the tab vary depending on the selected confidentiality level. All confidentiality levels have a Who can create folder setting, which has the following options:

If a matter's confidentiality level is set to Confidential - Groups, an additional Group drop-down menu is displayed above the folder setting. Similarly, if the confidentiality level is set to Confidential - Personal, a User drop-down menu is available. In both cases, the drop-down menu allows you to grant access to one or more groups or users.
The Matter Info tab displays the matter's description (name), client number, matter number, open date, close date, practice areas, and location (i.e., the server on which the workspace resides).
