System Health Check

The System Health Check dashboard for IT personnel provides easy access to Umbria diagnostics in order to quickly troubleshoot and fix any missing configurations or issues. Data on the dashboard include links to the Admin section of Umbria (User Administration, Employee directory, Matter Directory, etc.), overview of the service agents, and information on Umbria usage. This dashboard will open as a new tab on the landing page.

IT personnel with the proper Admin permissions can access the Dashboard.

Section	Description
Health Check	Includes links to the Admin section of Umbria and the item count. Click on the links to open the nodes in Admin.
Service Agent	Includes overview of the service agents. This information can also be accessed in the Admin home page>Welcome tab>Server Status.
Top 5 Tables	Includes details of the top 5 tables accessed from the database.
Top 5 Active Users	Includes details of the top 5 active Umbria users.

Tip: You can show / hide the System Health Check dashboard for various users. Admin: Permission Groups: Global>Permissions: View System Health Check Dashboard.
