A manual refresh option is displayed to update the calculations whenever any changes are made to the phases. By default, the What-If Analysis displays' the KPI's for the total budget. The drop-down for selecting the phases will display the parent phase and all the child phases added within the parent phase. You can select any phase from the Phase drop-down. Click on the + sign next to the What-If Analysis label to add a new What-if tab.

Note: If a child phase is selected from the drop-down, options in the drop-down will not display the parent phase for selection. Remove the child phase to view the parent phase in the drop-down.
