You can configure your personal preferences on the User page, which is accessible when you click Settings from the User Menu.

Note: Depending on your permissions within Umbria, some sections may not be available.
Note older sections have been removed that are not used in 20.11 and higher.

Umbria can automatically remind you of upcoming task deadlines via email.

Determine what regional/cultural settings are applied within Umbria by clicking the Edit button. This launches an Edit Localization Strings pop-up, where you can select the following:

| Formatting Culture | Select a country to determine the settings applied to data whose format may differ by region (e.g., dates, numbers with decimal or thousands separators, calendar selectors). |
| Resource Culture | Make a country/language selection to determine the language in which you want the Umbria screens to display. |
| Preferred Currency | Select the default currency you would like to see in Umbria. |
The Manage Bookmarks screen shows a list of the matters that display under the Matters Tab >Subscriptions on the Favorites screen.
To change the way a certain matter link is labeled in the Subscriptions list, click the Edit link in the far right column of the list. Make any desired changes to the Bookmark Name and click Save.
To remove a bookmark, select the circle to the left of it, click Options, and select Remove selected.
The Roles and Permissions screen displays a list of roles you have been assigned and/or a list of security groups you are a part of. Click a Role Name or Group Name to open a pop-up window that shows each individual permission granted to that role or group.
