Mailbox Settings

If you use an Exchange web service or IMAP for your email server, these settings need to be completed.

Exchange Web Service

Setting	Description
Domain Name	URL for the Umbria service account.
Exchange URL	Default URL for the Exchange server.
Username/Password	Credentials that can be used to access Umbria service account.
Exchange Version	Version of the Exchange server. Umbria supports Exchange 2007 SP1 to 2013 SP1.
Check Interval (sec)	Indicate how frequently the system should check for new messages from the Umbria service account (e.g., every 60 seconds).
Delete processed messages	Select this checkbox if processed communications should be removed from the Umbria service account.

IMAP

Setting	Description
Hostname	Name of the server host, e.g., imap.gmail.com.
Port	Defaults to 143 for internal communications. Can be changed for external communication, if needed.
Username/Password	Credentials that can be used to access Umbria service account.
Check Interval (sec)	Indicate how frequently the system should check for new messages from the Umbria service account (e.g., every 60 seconds).
Delete processed messages	Select this checkbox if processed communications should be removed from the Umbria service account.
Ssl	Select this checkbox if Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is required.
