Risk Management

The Risk Management screen is for reference only and displays information pertinent to any conflicts of interest that may arise surrounding this matter. The Parties section lists all parties involved in the matter and their roles (Our Client, Adverse Party, and Co-Party). This is followed by a list of any Conflict Reports and Conflict Waivers applicable to the matter.
