The Time Entries screen shows a list of each individual time entry logged for a matter.
Note: By default, the Time screen defaults to show only time entries from the past month. Change the Period on the left side of the screen to All Time to view a complete list of time entries for the matter. Change the Grouping options from the drop-down to change the page view.
To export the currently displayed time entry list, click the down arrow in the upper right corner of the screen to open the action menu. On the menu's Report tab, select Export to Excel.
The list includes the following columns:

Date | Date that time entry was made. |
Person | Name of time keeper. |
Phase Code | If applicable, phase code that time entry was applied to. |
Task Code | If applicable, task code associated to the time entry. |

Account of time entry by the timekeeper. Tip: You can show / hide the time entry description for various users. Admin: Permission Group>Matter: Can View Matter Time Entry Description. |
Entered Hours | Number of hours of work logged by the timekeeper. |
Rate | Timekeeper’s hourly fee. i.e. (Amount / Entered Hours ) |
Amount | Total amount for this time entry (Entered Hours multiplied by Rate) i.e. Value at Matter Rate |
Discounted Rate | Timekeeper's hourly fee with any matter- or client-specific discounts taken into account. i.e. (Discounted Amount / Entered Hours) |
Discounted Amount | Total amount for this time entry with applicable discount applied (Entered Hours multiplied by Discounted Rate). |
Excluded | Indicates whether this time entry will be excluded from the budget. |
Tip: To restrict the logged in user from viewing the time entries of other users disable the permission for Admin: Permission Group>Matter: Can view All Time Entries on TimeReport. This will hide the time-entries of other users.
