About Desktop Import/Export

Milan Desktop Import/Export, formerly known as Binder, is a standalone desktop application for importing and exporting documents, folders, and workspaces into and from WorkSite.

With Desktop Import/Export a WorkSite user can:

Desktop Import/Export is installed through the Milan desktop client installer. Refer to Running the Client Installer for more information on installing Desktop Import/Export.

ClosedRunning Desktop Import/Export

To start the Desktop Import/Export application from DeskSite/FileSite:

  1. Right-click on a workspace or folder and open the Milan menu.
  2. Select either Create Binder Export to export contents of a workspace or folder from WorkSite or Create Binder Import to import contents into Waterworks.

To directly start the Desktop Import/Export application:

  1. Open Start → All Programs → Prosperoware → Prosperoware Import-Export Wizard.
  2. Enter your WorkSite credentials.
  3. The Desktop Import/Export wizard appears.
