The Organize My Matters command allows you to:
Note: To improve performance, Organize My Matter operations can be directly applied to WorkSite databases by enabling the application setting mymatters-organize-using-sql.
To organize your My Matters list:
Operation | Description |

Delete | Deletes workspace shortcuts and category folders from your My Matters. Select one or more workspace shortcuts and/or My Matters category folders and click Delete to remove the shortcuts and category folders from your My Matters list. |
Rename | Allows you to rename a workspace shortcut or category folder. Select one workspace shortcut or category folder you want to rename. Click Rename and type the new name. Press Enter or click off the name field to confirm the rename. |
Reorganize |
Reorganizes workspace shortcuts into category folders based on specific workspace metadata. |
Reset | Removes all category folders leaving only the workspace shortcuts under your My Matters. |
Tip
Left-click a workspace shortcut and drag and drop it to a category folder to move the shortcut under the target category.
Right-click on a category folder to add a subfolder with the Add Category option, or rename the folder with the Rename option.
Right-click on a workspace shortcut and click Rename to rename the shortcut.

The Self-Service command allows you to request access to a specific document or matter.
To request access to a document:
Note: A warning is displayed at the top of the dialog if the document does not exist or does not allow self-service.
To request access to a matter:
The Set My Self-Service Options command allows you to specify whether other people or groups can request access to your documents (i.e., documents where you are either the author or operator).
Note: If any of your documents are in matters secured by a policy, the ability of other users to request self-service on those documents is determined by the self-service options set within the relevant policy.
To configure self-service on your documents:
Opens the Create Workspace Wizard.
The Add Matter Shortcut command allows you to search for a workspace and add it as a shortcut to your My Matters.
