The Vendors screen shows a list of all vendors that may perform services for the firm. List information displays in the following columns:
Field | Description |

Name Title/Office | Name of vendor. Click a name to access vendor detail, which consists of the Profile, Health Check, Revenue, Rate Card, Arrangements ,Matters, and Law Firm pages. |
Company Name | In many cases, this will be the same as the vendor Name, unless the vendor represents an individual person rather than an entire company. |
Phone | Telephone number for the vendor. |
Website | Link to vendor's company website, if one was provided. |
Service Type | Primary service provided by the vendor. |
Tip: You can click the Name column header to sort the list by that column, then click the column header again to reverse the sort order.
Vendor detail pages are the same as client detail pages (a company might be set up as a client as well as a vendor). Click the Edit button to edit any details on screen. Click the Save button.
Tip: You can show/hide the Vendor Profile page for various users. Admin: Permission Group: Person> View Profile
Users who do not have edit permissions, can click the Report Incorrect Data button on the top right corner of the screen, on any of the tabs to report any incorrect information. The vendor name will be added in the Reported Incorrect Data list on the Experience and Relationship dashboard.
