Experience Dashboard

The Experience Dashboard consists of the following sections:

Area Description
Tasks Tab : KPI Panel

The following KPIs display:

  • Snoozed Tasks- Tasks put on hold, or snoozed, to temporarily remove them from the dashboard.
  • In-Process Tasks- Tasks with a status of In Progress.
  • New Matter Descriptions- Number of marketing descriptions entered for matters in a rolling 12-month period.
  • Average New Matters Per Week- Average number of matters that have been entered in Umbria in a rolling 12-month period.
Activities Tab This list will display Matter / Client Profile activities and descriptions entered in Umbria in last 7 days.
New Matters List List of matters that have been opened recently.
Matters Needing Follow-up List

List of matters marked as requiring action. Consult the Reason column to see why a matter is appearing in this list. Click on the Matter Name or Preview link on the far right column, to view the Matter Profile page. Click the More button to view the list in the Experience Task page.

Pending/In Progress List List of tasks in a status of In Progress or Snoozed. Click on the Matter Name hyperlink to view the Matter Profile page. Click the More Button to view the list in the Experience Task page.
Clients Needing Follow-up List List of clients marked as requiring action. Consult the Reason column to see why a client is appearing in this list. Click on the Matter Name hyperlink or Preview hyperlink link on the far right column, to view the Matter Profile page. Click the More Button to view the list in the Experience Task page.
Report Incorrect Data List of matters where data has been reported as incorrect. Click on the Matter Name hyperlink or Preview hyperlink link on the far right column, to view the Matter Profile page.

Tip: You can show/hide the Experience & Relationship sub-menu options. Admin: Permission Group: Global> View Experience Dashboard
