New Matters List | List of matters that have been opened recently. |
Matters Needing Follow-up List |
List of matters marked as requiring action. Consult the Reason column to see why a matter is appearing in this list. Click on the Matter Name or Preview link on the far right column, to view the Matter Profile page. Click the More button to view the list in the Experience Task page. |
Pending/In Progress List | List of tasks in a status of In Progress or Snoozed. Click on the Matter Name hyperlink to view the Matter Profile page. Click the More Button to view the list in the Experience Task page. |
Clients Needing Follow-up List | List of clients marked as requiring action. Consult the Reason column to see why a client is appearing in this list. Click on the Matter Name hyperlink or Preview hyperlink link on the far right column, to view the Matter Profile page. Click the More Button to view the list in the Experience Task page. |
Report Incorrect Data | List of matters where data has been reported as incorrect. Click on the Matter Name hyperlink or Preview hyperlink link on the far right column, to view the Matter Profile page. |
