Matter Tasks
The Tasks screen shows all tasks entered for the current matter. The default view is Assigned to Me (tasks assigned to the current user), but you can also opt to view Delegated Tasks (tasks you have delegated to others) or All Tasks.
Select a task in the list on the left side of the page to view a linear representation of all task progress/actions/comments in the main screen panel. You can add comments directly on this screen. The following information regarding the task is also displayed:
- Assigned To: User responsible for completing the task.
- Owner: User overseeing the task.
- Status: Available statuses include Assigned, Canceled, Completed, Failed, In Progress, Unassigned, Verified, and Waiting for Feedback.
- Total Time (Spent/Planned): Number of hours recorded for the task / number of hours planned for the task.
- Deadline: Time by which the task should be completed.
- Priority: Importance of task. Available choices include Very Low, Low, Medium, High, Very High, and Critical.

Creating a New Taskboard
- Click the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner of the screen. On the Report tab, select Create Empty Taskboard. A Create Empty Taskboard pop-up displays.
- Enter a Name for the taskboard.
- Select the taskboard Type. Available types include Umbria, Budget, Pricing Request, Budgeting Request, Experience, and Fee Arrangement.
- Select a Status of Open or Closed.
- Click Save. You are taken to a blank taskboard screen.
Importing Tasks from a Budget Template
- Click the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner of the screen. On the Report tab, select Import Template. An Import template pop-up displays.
- Make a selection from the Which template to use? drop-down and click Save. A new taskboard is created that includes all tasks in the selected template.
