Partner Performance

Partner Performance, located on the Delivery tab in the Monitoring & Budgets Dashboard, provides an overview of your current activity via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and various widgets. If you are a partner, Partner Performance also acts as your default home page.

The Partner Performance Dashboard is displayed:

Note: An optional MDX Partner Performance dashboard exists. This dashboard requires SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to be installed to show Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect certain comparators. All other information on the MDX Partner Performance dashboard is identical to the standard Partner Performance dashboard outlined below.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Section KPI Description
Entered Hours Current Month Number of hours you entered in the current month.
Year to Date Number of hours you entered in the current calendar year, i.e., starting from January 1.
Delivery of Matters Matters above 50% Budget Number of matters that have reached 50% of their budget.
Matters above 75% Budget Number of matters that have reached 75% of their budget.
Matters above 95% Budget Number of matters that have reached 75% of their budget.
Matters above 100% Budget Number of matters that have reached 100% of their budget.
Matters above High WIP The High WIP amount for matters as set up Admin.
Billed Hours Total number of billed hours for matters you have managed in a rolling 12-month period.
Write-Down Hours Total number of write-down hours for matters you have managed in a rolling 12-month period.
Unbilled Hours Total number of entered hours that have not been billed or written down for matters you have managed in a rolling 12-month period.
  Average Billed Realization (%) Total amount billed / Value of billed hours at firm standard rate for all matters you have managed in a rolling 12-month period.
Average Profit Margin (%)

(Total amount billed - salary expenses) / Total amount billed for all matters you have managed in a rolling 12-month period.

Tip: You can show / hide the Average Profit Margin (%) for various users. Admin: Permission Group: Sensitive Data>View Total Profit margin

Billing of Matters Average Paid Realization Total collected amount / Value of collected hours at firm standard rate for all matters you have managed in a rolling 12-month period.
Average Write-Down Total write-down amount / Total hours entered for all matters you have managed in a rolling 12-month period.

Tip: You can customize the dashboard as per your requirements. For instructions, refer to Dashboard Modifications.

Widgets

Unsubscribe a Matter

To unsubscribe a matter, click the action button on the extreme right of the matter row and select the option Unsubscribe. In the pop-up window, click the button Unsubscribe. A message will be displayed on the screen that indicates the operation is in process and the page will refresh to display updated data. To re-enable notifications for the matter, go to the Matter Properties dialog>Details tab, change the option for Actively Monitor.

Note: If you choose to unsubscribe from a matter, the matter will be removed from the Monitoring and Budgets Dashboard, the Subscriptions and Recently Viewed tabs, and email notifications for the matter will be stopped for all the team members assigned to that matter. The matter will also be excluded from the KPI panel on the left. However, the matter can still be accessed from the Quick Search option.

Tip: You can show/hide the Unsubscribe action menu on the dashboard for various users. Admin: Permission Group: Global >View Dashboard Stop Monitoring Menu. You can also set permission at a matter level (can view menu but can unsubscribe, only if the user has the permission to edit the matter) - Admin: Permission Group: Matter >Edit Matter Properties
