Partner Performance, located on the Delivery tab in the Monitoring & Budgets Dashboard, provides an overview of your current activity via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and various widgets. If you are a partner, Partner Performance also acts as your default home page.

Note: An optional MDX Partner Performance dashboard exists. This dashboard requires SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to be installed to show Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect certain comparators. All other information on the MDX Partner Performance dashboard is identical to the standard Partner Performance dashboard outlined below.

Matters above 95% Budget | Number of matters that have reached 75% of their budget. | |

This widget shows clients' billed and paid amounts in a rolling 12-month period, ordered by last billing activity.
Note: If multiple clients have the same date of last billing activity, they are listed alphabetically.
Field | Description |

Client | Client name. Clicking a client name opens the Revenue page for that client account. |
Billed Fees | Sum of fees billed to the client. |
Collected Fees | Total amount paid by the client, (i.e., collected amount). |
Collected Realization | Equal to the collected fees total divided by the value of the number of hours billed at firm standard rate. |

This widget shows the 10 most recent matters (by last time entry date) where you are the responsible lawyer. Data is shown for a rolling 12-month period. The following table describes each column in the list.
Note: If multiple matters have the same date of last time entry, they are listed alphabetically.

Performance Indicator | A gray bar represents the budgeted amount, with a colored bar over it representing the value of the hours entered so far. The bar might be green if the matter is still well under budget, yellow if it is approaching the budgeted amount, and red if it is over budget. SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) must be activated to see this field. |
Budgeted Amount (Estimated Effort) | Total amount budgeted for this matter (i.e., sum of budgeted hours * selected rate applied to the matter). |
Entered Amount | Value of the hours entered so far for this matter (i.e., sum of entered hours * selected rate applied to the matter.) |
Remaining | Equal to the Budgeted Amount minus the Entered Amount. |

Clicking the More button below the Matters I am Working On list opens the Personal Budget Performance screen.
To unsubscribe a matter, click the action button on the extreme right of the matter row and select the option Unsubscribe. In the pop-up window, click the button Unsubscribe. A message will be displayed on the screen that indicates the operation is in process and the page will refresh to display updated data. To re-enable notifications for the matter, go to the Matter Properties dialog>Details tab, change the option for Actively Monitor.
Note: If you choose to unsubscribe from a matter, the matter will be removed from the Monitoring and Budgets Dashboard, the Subscriptions and Recently Viewed tabs, and email notifications for the matter will be stopped for all the team members assigned to that matter. The matter will also be excluded from the KPI panel on the left. However, the matter can still be accessed from the Quick Search option.
Tip: You can show/hide the Unsubscribe action menu on the dashboard for various users. Admin: Permission Group: Global >View Dashboard Stop Monitoring Menu. You can also set permission at a matter level (can view menu but can unsubscribe, only if the user has the permission to edit the matter) - Admin: Permission Group: Matter >Edit Matter Properties
