Firm Marketing Descriptions

The Marketing Description area is used to manage external summaries that can be used to advertise the firm as a whole or a particular department. To access this page, select the Firm Marketing Description option from your user menu.

To add a new description:

  1. Click the Firm tab or the Department tab or the Industry tab to determine what organizational level the description is for.
  2. Click Add New Marketing Description and fill out the following fields on the Add Marketing Description pop-up. When you have finished entering information, click Save.

    Marketing PracticeSelect from the options in the drop-down menu.
    Sub-Marketing PracticeThe options available will be as per the selection made in Marketing Practice.
    IndustrySelect the industry from the drop-down menu.
    Description TypeDetermine the purpose of this marketing description. The options available will be as per the configurations added in Admin> Marketing Description Config
    LanguageSelect the language for the description.
    External UsageSelect this checkbox if the description should be able to be distributed outside the firm.
    Internal UsageSelect this checkbox if the description should be distributed within the firm.
    Description TitleEnter a headline for the marketing summary.
