User Settings

You can configure your personal preferences on the User page, which is accessible when you click Settings from the User Menu.

Section Allows You to
Overview View your profile details or change your password.
Email Settings Configure email reminders for task due dates.
Localization Settings Specify how region-specific data (date format, language, currency, etc.) is displayed throughout Umbria.
Exchange Settings Synchronize your Microsoft Exchange contacts with Umbria.
LinkedIn Settings Synchronize your LinkedIn profile and connections with Umbria.
Matter Planning Preferences Determine how several fields default when requesting matter plans or creating budgets.
Templates Add customized budget templates that can be made available in Quick Action menu
Manage Bookmarks Rename or remove the matter links that display in the Subscriptions list on the Quick Actions screen.
Roles and Permissions View your security roles and permissions in Umbria (for reference only).
Since Inception Report Settings Configure options for Since Inception reports.
Personal Information You can add your personal information and emergency contact details.

Note: Depending on your permissions within Umbria, some sections may not be available.
