You can configure your personal preferences on the User page, which is accessible when you click Settings from the User Menu.

Umbria can automatically remind you of upcoming task deadlines via email.

Determine what regional/cultural settings are applied within Umbria by clicking the Edit button. This launches an Edit Localization Strings pop-up, where you can select the following:

Select the SyncExchangeContacts checkbox and click Save to sync contacts from your Microsoft Exchange account into the My Contacts section of Umbria's Experience and Relationships module.
Click the Login with LinkedIn and Sync Connections link to log into your LinkedIn account and import all your connections into the My Contacts section of Umbria's Experience and Relationships module.

A list of configured budget templates displays. To create a new template, click the Add Template button in the upper right corner of the screen. To edit any template click the pencil icon on the far right column of the list.
The Template screen displays. Choose to complete either the Simple or the Advanced wizard by clicking the appropriate button in the top right corner of the screen.
Enter the following information, and click Next to proceed.

Click the Finish button to save and exit the Template Wizard. Click the Delete button to delete the template.
The Manage Bookmarks screen shows a list of the matters that display under the Matters Tab >Subscriptions on the Favorites screen.
To change the way a certain matter link is labeled in the Subscriptions list, click the Edit link in the far right column of the list. Make any desired changes to the Bookmark Name and click Save.
To remove a bookmark, select the circle to the left of it, click Options, and select Remove selected.
The Roles and Permissions screen displays a list of roles you have been assigned and/or a list of security groups you are a part of. Click a Role Name or Group Name to open a pop-up window that shows each individual permission granted to that role or group.
Show Expenses: Select this checkbox to include expenses in the Since Inception reports.
Show Additional Discount: Select this checkbox to show additional discount in the Since Inception reports.
The Personal Information screen displays your personal details and emergency contact numbers. Click Edit to add/update/delete details. Check the box for Share to display details on your personal information screen.
