The People tab shows a list of all the firm employees. In many cases, this list may have been imported from Active Directory. You can also search by for people by Name, Office and Department. In the top right corner you have two options to filter /sort the people list:
Grouped: Choose to Group by type or Ungroup.
You can change the display format of the employee list:
View - Select Default (view tabular format) or Card (business card format). If you choose Card view, you can further sort by Display Name, Title or Default.
The list of information displays in the following columns:
Field | Description |

Name | Name of firm employee. Click a name to access employee detail, which consists of the Profile, Matters, and Tasks pages. |
Title | Employee's job title/designation. |
Phone | Employee's primary phone number. |
Department | Employee's department in the firm. |
Email address of the employee. Clicking the email address opens a blank message in yours default mail program. |
Tip: You can click the Name column header to sort the list by that column, then click the column header again to reverse the sort order.
Click on the employee name to open the People Profile page. In the Action menu click the Edit option to edit the profile details.

Matter |

Details pertaining to the languages, skills, matter types, matter subtypes, areas of law, and industries associated to the employee's time entries, and the number of hours worked in each area. Personal Information | The employee's birthday, home address/phone/email, and emergency contacts, if the employee has chosen to provide this information. |

The Report Incorrect Data button lets you report any incorrect information on the matter. The matter name will be added in the Reported Incorrect Data list on the Experience and Relationship dashboard. Click the Email Page Link button to share the profile page details over email.

To modify the employee details, click the Edit button in the upper right corner of the screen. This enables a Save button and a Cancelbutton. Click the Email Page Link button share the profile page details over email.
Users who do not have edit permissions, can only view the Report Incorrect Data button on the top right corner of the screen. Click the drop down arrow to access the button to report any incorrect information. The employee name will be added in the Reported Incorrect Data list on the Experience and Relationship Dashboard.
